Warranty and Refund Policy

At DMA Auto Engineering, we take pride in delivering customized and thoroughly tested tuning services. All remapping work is carried out with precision and tested on a dyno bench to ensure reliable performance and durability.
This Refund and Warranty Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund or an adjustment to the service provided.
Lifetime Software Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on the software installed during the tuning process.
This includes:

Permanent access to the installed tuning file

Free correction in case of verified software malfunction
Please note: this warranty does not cover mechanical wear or damage caused by component failure unrelated to the software itself.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the agreed remap:

You may request the installation of an alternative map
OR -
You may request a reversion to the original factory map

This can be done within 7 days from the initial installation
In such cases, we will refund the tuning service fee, excluding labor costs.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:

Issues caused by poor vehicle maintenance or pre-existing mechanical faults

Performance expectations beyond what was clearly stated or documented

Vehicles modified or altered after tuning without prior assessment by us
How to submit a Request
To initiate a refund or change of map, please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of service by emailing massimo.cuguttu@gmail.com.
We may request diagnostic logs, proof of service, or a follow-up inspection.
Compliance & Jurisdiction
This policy is written in accordance with Italian and European Union consumer protection laws, and applies to services rendered via in-person or online communication.
Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
